Hand Painted Acrylic Pour Infomation

Each piece of acrylic art is hand poured.  This means that there are some inevitable details that you might notice in each unique piece.  I will always note any major "flaws" on the painting in their listing, but, there are more typical marks that I want everyone to be aware of at time of purchase.

I am, alas, only human. I work from home in a side room, which is also a storage area for basically all the stuff that has now followed me across two continents and four states. I also collect things my children do in school (I have FINALLY organized most of that!).  The room is busy to say the least.

After painting, I move the boards to dry in the open, during which I will check for hair and debris at multiple times during the process.  I keep an air purifier running and my resin tent vent fans are often blowing as well, though usually that is closed.

When I pour the resin top coat on the paintings, they are cleaned and prepped.  Then placed in a tub with a lid. I'll mix and pour the resin, search for any hairs or debris I see, remove them and do touch ups. Lastly I will torch the resin to pop any bubbles I see. Then I close the lid and latch it.

Despite this - often dust that might have been floating while the lid is off, settles on the drying resin. I do check them and try to remove, but, I am still a human.

This is my LONG winded way of saying - due the handmade nature and limitations of the environment, there might be small dust particles in the resin.  These will create a SMALL imperfect little blip as it catches the light in certain angles.  The edges might not be perfect either if the tape catches.  But I PROMISE every painting will be a unique work of love and a gorgeous addition to any room.
